Mark is an advisor to, and routinely lectures on capital formation in the large entrepreneurial communities such as CEO space He was a lecturer at George Washington College of law on capital formation platforms to law students and SEC staff, and also spoken on Crowdfunding and related capital formation pathways such as Regulation A plus, and Regulation D 506c to the University of South Florida and a growing number of other number of other colleges and universities.
Paul has over 40 years' experience leading teams to improve profitability and productivity. Comfortable “from the boardroom to the boiler room,” he has worked with dozens of organizations across many industries, and at all levels. His experience includes P&L responsibilities at EDS, Oracle, Litton Industries, and Qwest Cyber Solutions. In addition, Paul has successfully started and managed two professional services companies, and consulted with hundreds of companies of all sizes.
Mr. Ablin has a diverse and experienced background in many areas of business as an investor and entrepreneur. It started with the same strong passion for making good things happen with everyday challenges that he practices and still holds dear today. Whether it’s a uniquely different idea, a game changer like Sprowtt’s Crowdfunding Services, that is a FINRA approved portal, or figuring out a better and way of doing things, he is on it Mr. Ablin has directed his personal portfolio of diversified companies in various industries; including real estate, industrial parts manufacturing, technology and intellectual property development, software and even construction. Today he concentrates his talents and skills helping others prosper by offering the many years of experience and know-how to their dreams or challenges to prosperity.
