Knowledge architecture

From a source observation to qualified knowledge.

A Knowledge Token is a proposed consumable representation of a qualified observation. Its usefulness depends on a transparent relationship between what was observed, the evidence supporting it, and the boundary of what can be concluded.

01

Identity

Establish the observable subject — entity, asset, instrument — and the identifiers that keep one observation from being mistaken for another.

02

Evidence

Preserve the connection between a structured field and the source observation: the filing, the period, and the schedule line it came from.

03

Qualification

Separate supported knowledge from uncertainty, missing information, and conclusions the evidence does not establish.

What it carries

An information product, not a security.

  • Derived from the qualified private-asset ledger, which stays authoritative.
  • Carries obligor, asset-occurrence identity, cost, fair value, maturity, evidence, provenance, and knowledge boundaries.
  • Not a debt security or an ownership interest. Not cryptocurrency. Not a currently issued digital token.

Built from audited filings

Daily machine-readable records from BDC 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and audited notes.

The records support valuation feeds and comps, and over time a spread-by-tenor curve. The ledger stays the authority. The token does not replace it.

Controlled publication

Four stages separate knowledge from its consumers.

  1. 01

    Identity and evidence

Entities and assets stay linked to the source observations they came from.

  2. 02

    Qualification

Supported knowledge is separated from uncertainty and from information that is simply missing.

  3. 03

    Controlled publication

Artifacts are released through publication manifests, receipts, and independent verification.

  4. 04

    Consumer independence

Published artifacts stay separate from the interfaces and applications that consume them.
